I haven't had any experience with online treatment. Sometimes I try to justify my internet use as being somewhat therapeutic. I actually haven't heard of it before and I can't really imagine what online treatment would be like. If anyone has had experience, could you explain what goes on in it? Do they set real world goals? It does sound pretty interesting
Number1Joe, what was the traveling for? If you have to drive to a therapist anyway, what's the actual difference from any other therapy? Like, you get a therapist
and an online schedule too?
