SA and bullying

I was bullied during middle school, my classmates called me ugly and always tried to make fun of me, I think this affected a lot on my confidence and I started to take for granted that people didn't like me. I don't know if this is the reason I have SA, because when I started high school I was still a bit outgoing, it got worse in the past few years.

I mostly relate to this, but there were certainly other factors involved.

I probably would be a much more confident person had I not had to deal with my school peers.

I said not sure. I've always had it. It's a genetic trait my family have.

I was bullied but I think that was because I was overweight as a kid. Although it is possible that I was overweight because I had anxiety about playing sport/exercising in front of people, so maybe indirectly.
