Quotes for Anxious Moments

Hello all!

Basically, I thought it would be a good idea if we all got some useful Quotes. I find these useful for recovery.
"They're not focusing on you, their focusing on themselves" (when talking to someone at a party)

"You'll never see any of these people again in your life, so why care what they think?" (when in a crouded place)

so, anyone?

True, even the bitterness that we carry..until we're tired of carrying it and know it's unhealthy to hold onto, only then can we let it go...

I have no quote, but "try to observe your mind". Watch the thinker. Accept whatever emotion or thought is going through you. Surrender. If you observe emotion and thought you become present and you're not fully mentally taken away by it anymore. You can smile at these thoughts and not take them so seriously.
