Talk to someone around you if there is one. A family member, maybe there's someone you could ring and chat to? If not, I find that writing out or typing my frustrations and worries really helps. I just start writing and often by the end of the page I've found out what's bothering me in particular and I feel relieved, like there's a weight of my shoulders.
It will pass, try not to get pulled down constantly telling yourself how awful you feel. You just need distractions.
