No one out there for me...

I finally realize it, there is no one out here in this world that can help me. Everyone just gives up on me I'm just to much trouble. I'm always alone now, all I have to talk to is the voices. Not even my psychologist can help me, I'm ashamed to wake up everyday. Why can't I find someone who will truly not get scared of me. Everyone thinks I'm a monster, I don't want to be a monster... I just want someone to be there for me and understand me.....

Well, when I feel that nobody is out there who can / wants to help me, I come after a while to the conclusion that I best try to help myself.

Everyone thinks I'm a monster

That's not true. You're not a monster. There is still some good in this world. You're probably hanging out with the wrong crowd. I suggest exploring spirituality and finding some sort of meaning in your life. Find like-minded, good, understanding people to hang out with.

I am having the same feelings today and been having them for some time now. Being alone can mess up the mind. you have to speak to someone man. usually unaware you start believing in you own stories which are not true. Stop! saying that you are a monster you are not a monster, because being alone all by yourself & the way that makes you look at things can actually be different to what the truth actually is. you have to seek help. try a different therapist may be. keep yourself busy with some positive activity.

There is always someone out there for who has the capacity to understand and care for you. You may just have not met them yet. We all get so wrapped up in our own lives that we sometimes forget other people need someone for them to be listened to. Keep trying.
