Neighbours. How well do you know them?

I live in a townhouse complex, and know a few of my neighbours, but mainly on a "hello, how are you going?" basis, and that's it. One of my ex-neighbours was a very outgoing man, and we would get chatting about cars and stuff occasionally.

I live in an apartment complex, on the second floor and I've never seen my neighbors but I hear them talking loudly all the time. And yes, I've heard them having sex too. AWKWARD.

Well let's see... I live in a condo. So I have a downstairs neighbor, and neighbors to the left of us. My uncle and family friends also live in our complex, but that's something different.
Anyway, I know my downstairs neighbor fairly well. I've helped her with her computer 3 times, and she paid me 20 the first time I did. She's really kind, and no matter what I said she kept telling me to take the money. The second time it was a 5. and the third, a 10. HEr first impression when we moved in wasnt that great... But she's a really laid back neighbor.
As for the others, I have no idea what they even look like.
