Natural Vitamins etc?

This is my very first post. :D

So I was just wondering if there were any vitamins or anything that might have an effect on my SP? I really do not eat healthy, and I read online it could be caused by lack of nutrients. I know I don't get enough nutrients, and I was wondering if there were any supplements that could possibly help at all.

Maybe you should take a chance to change your diet...? ;) I know, with some people that's really hard. And if that's the case, then I think looking into a natural vitamin/supplement might help. Even though I tend to eat pretty healthy, I still don't get all the nutrients I need. It's hard for me to find a vitamin that doesn't make me sick. Really need to consult my naturopath on that one, see if he could recommend something for me. I think if I got all my recommended nutrients, my anxiety would be a bit better.

Anyway, hope you find something that works for you. :)

I really should change my diet, and it is pretty hard >.< I guess I could talk to my parents about it, and see if they can help getting me the right food. They both know quite a bit about eating healthy, and different vitamins and nutrients.

I would also like to know if anyone knows the name of any specific vitamin or nutrients that could directly effect my SP. Like for example, could not getting enough B vitamins cause me to have more anxiety, or something along those lines.

The way I eat is detrimental to my health, but I'd like to know if it could be considered a root cause of my SP. :D
