I applaud this decision. This thread started about military as bullies but then shifted into debates about rights, freedoms, and political systems. People were blasting each other away in ways that I found was inappropriate and offensive in the original bullying forum it was in. At least in here in Off Topic, it's a bit implied that this kind of stuff can happen.
