television has you chasing dreams
video games got u occupied
you're living in fear
you have anxiety
you sit around
you wait and wait for something
and life it just passes you by

you wake up one morning
you don't know if this is life
or if you're still in a dream
you see old friends and acquaintances
they pass you by
moving on with their lives
and u wish u could do the same
you listen to your mother
your father, teacher, friends
and you're mad
because life is not turning out
the way they promised you

It's time to break the shackles that hold us down.
