It seems like other people like loud and obnoxious people. So I don't know about that.

I dont, I dislike them very much. Just very annoying.
I think a well spoken, calm yet social person is the preferred type. As far as ''types'' go, anyway. Nobody likes someone they consider obnoxious. Obnoxious is quite different for everybody. As is ''cool'' for that matter. 
But I do think the people on here are quite cool, so in that sense anxious people are cool. I even dare say awesome. ;3
Though, that has more to do with their personalities, the anxious part is not the initial appeal.
