Eid Mubarak to everyone on here celebrating the day!

Hope it was less stressful, bordering on depressing, as it has been for me..

I can't imagine no food or liquid intake from dawn to dusk for a month. At the end of that do you feel...I dunno, stronger? Accomplished? More spiritual or something?

Well, I even fast many times outside of the fasting month.
My routine involves one big meal a day (yeah like a savage) that I take as soon as I get home in the evening, so I figured why not hit two birds with one stone...

Your stomach will thank you later for not giving it so much digesting work, when you'll grow older.

Personally I feel more reactive, it makes me wanna exercise, since I can't jump around with a full stomach.

Besides, I feel sleepy whenever I stuff myself.

Eid involves gathering with your whole family (like for Christmas), calling friends to wish them eid mubarak, receiving calls ...etc.
This can be very stressful to social anxious people.

I think that's what he meant by that.
