yea there are alot of insects and crap like that, I'm not talking dominate in terms of population I'm talking about in terms of intelligence and being on top of the foot chain.

I think it's safe to say that mammalian primates are far more superior than any species on earth. Whales, Dolphins, Dogs and cats are not that far behind though.
