I need help with this hairstyle :)

So I decide to change my hairstyle to this:

Does anyone know what this hairstyle is called? I've seen some singers with it before such as Jaden Smith or Omarion,.. but I dont know how to call it.? And how long does my hair have to be to get this style? My hair is pretty short right now, I guess I have to wait a long time before I can get this hair :?

Hey, if a blondie like David Beckam could pull it off without looking ridiculous then I must conclude that all things are possible.

Khanhberlake_92 (thank heavens for cut-and-paste), you don't need Miley Cyrus locks to do this. I used to work at a primary school and I can tell you that parents could do it to their toddlers who had tiny little scattered tufts of hair. Yours will just have to end at the neck instead of going further down like Jaden. I think cornrows can be a really sexy way to compliment a clear complexion on a guy or girl of any race. Just a friendly warning: a long nose will look longer.
