You're looking for help in determining what a normal life is supposed to be?
If so or if not I feel compelled to offer; what is normal?
What you have gone through is almost unreal. I am sorry you had to find out how rough life can be so early in your age.
You need to take your time now. Take some time to sit back and reflect. Take some time to talk through your past. Fully accept and realize your experiences. Which you have started to do. You can make it. You will get better.
