I'm a very moody person, one minute i'll be ecstatic, loving, warm, friendly....Then my mood can flip so i'm irritable, sad, cold, aloof...This occurs several times day! I never have just one mood in a day. Someone commented in the past that i have a split personality and this is true!
How often do you have mood changes?
My mood changes so often its unreal. I can go from king of the world to "rock bottom" in the literally seconds. Just depending on what random ass thoughts are passing through my mind at the time. or how I rationalize situations
my mood is pretty stable unless you do something to piss me off. i am sensitive to intrusive noise- cabinets banging, dogs barking, neighbors' bass... that will change my mood.
Depends if he talks to me. If the conversation is good, I'm happy. If bad, I get kind of mad. If no conversation at all, I get depressed. Generally I'm depressed. I hate myself.
