Some times hearing a negative comment that gets to me during the night its hard to sleep because all i'm thinking about is hurting that person or why didn't I do anything or did they really say what I think they said. I tried ignoring somethings but some stuff comments just keep coming out even after i tried to hide it or focus on something else. When these things effect the your sleep its hard to focus on your school work' it can hold you back. people think there fuuny, thats why i'm always fighting keeping a defensive. if i dont people are going to get away with **** and try even more to test me. i sorry some people deserve to get there ass whoop

what is there to do?

God! What did this people do to you?

I have a hard time dealing with this kind of thing too.
What I do now is lay down at the floor and say mentally to myself: "Even all suffering you are feeling now won't hold you back, you are feeling a terrible pain, guilt and shame at this exact moment, and it will probably get worse in a few moments, but you are still breathing! Feel all this pain because it's making you stronger!"

And the bad thoughts go away.

The first thing you must understand is that we live in a world of sin. There are so many people in the world that are out for their own personal satisfaction and selfishness. Many of these people don't have Social Anxiety Disorder, and they don't like the fact that we aren't like them and it makes them feel uncomfortable. When someone who likes to talk feels uncomfortable, they may be willing to express how they feel and it may be very rude. I've heard it all after I had this job in a busy restaurant full-time. There is one great way to not let this stuff get to you is to always have something to do. If your mind is busy doing something else, then you don't have time to worry about what these pricks think of you. Just sitting around thinking about your problems will lead to depression.

I find that my heart starts beating in time with whatever someone said to me. Blu-shing, blu-shing, blu-shing. Until I wish my heart would be quiet so I can get some sleep. And yes. It bugs me for ages afterwards and I end up trying to avoid that person even if I like them and I know they didn't mean anything hurtful.
