I'm frustrated and depressed.

I'm frustrated because I haven't had an intrusive thought for almost a week. It seems like it should be a good thing and I should be happy but I feel lost and I feel like I don't know who I am without the thoughts. =\

I'm kinda depressed because I think I'm in love with this guy I met online. He tells me every day that he loves me but I don't know if he really means it or what..*sigh*
