Since I've started posting on here I thought to say hello to everyone!

I am not very shy in general. I am not the loud kind of people but with time I manage to be comfortable enough to talk to people and make friends. My main problem is that I am love shy. It is horribly difficult for me to let people know how I feel about them. It makes me feel very exposed and vulnerable. Trusting people is another of my issues.

I registered to try to learn more about how to deal with this and maybe also try to help other people if I can...
