Hi all,

I'm new to this site. Not new to social phobia though.
I have suffered from this phobia ever since I can remember, never really new it actually had a name though.
I was getting sick and tired of it all so I started to look for solutions on the internet a couple weeks ago and since then I found this lovely place. I have been roaming through some topics and I can very much relate.

I hope to get through it with some help from my fellow phobiacs and hopefully put everything behind me so I can live my life the way every one else does.
