My name is Andy. i have been in the Navy since 1992 when i graduated. I have recently been diagnosed with severe social phobia, major depression with psychotic episodes. I have been married since 1996 and she is the trooper that helps me deal with my issues. I have a loving son who worships me. I can't last more than about 5 hours a day at work. Idont go out for fear of being judged and criticized. I am actively working or controlling myself.
Glad to find a group of people whom i can talk to without worry of being judged.

Yes, you are hear amongst friends. You won't be judged. Any question or any thoughts just post and we'll be here for you.
By the way are you on any medications? Do they help?
I take Celexa, I social phobia and avoidance personality disorder, it works okay..but I think I may have to go up to a higher dosage or try something different.
