has anyone gone thru depression which led to panic attacks n just a feeling like nothing is real anymore? im trying my best to get thru this/.. will i ever? am i stuck? n if anyone got thru this plz tell me what has helped u.. thanx!!

read about cognitive behavioral therapy. go to your library and check out "the feeling good handbook." i haven't read it but it is supposed to be one of the best.

A friend of mine had serious panic attack and depression.. but now she is much better, barely has panic attack. She still has mild depression, i think, but still it's a big change. It definitely gets better if you don't give up.. believe me :) I recommend you to go to a therapist because it helped me a lot with depression.

Maybe, a lot of sleep for a few days and try to get out for some fresh air. Drink liquids and a bland diet. You want to give your body and mind a vacation.
