It may be a little late for introductions, seeing as I already posted a thread. But anyways...

My name is Lindsey. I live in South FL, I'm 17, I love music and art. I've had SA since the 6th grade or around there. That was the year I had to move because my parents got a divorce. My dad is pretty much the same way as far as SA goes, but he fixes it with alcohol, and I don't want to end up like that. I want to get help sometime soon just like other SA suffers do. I like traveling and the feeling of freedom that comes with it.

I don't really wanna push my whole life story on anyone. Somehow I don't think that's the point of this lol. But I may stick around for awhile if I find enough comfort. I've just gotten to the point where I can't take hiding all my feelings about SA inside anymore. I hardly talk about it because it just makes things awkward between the friends I do have, but it needs to be talked about. So yeah, don't really know what else to say =S

Thank you =)

I feel rather pathetic because I didn't even switch towns or states or anything. I just moved out of the school zone for the middle school I was supposed to go to. So not knowing anyone in the beginning of middle school was an uncomfortable feeling. But at least I still had some friends I could see on the weekends. I'm grateful I didn't have to move hours away now.

no matter where you move to, even if its a school in the same town, you're still the new kid and its not very enjoyable

aw don't feel pathetic! starting a new school in general can be really difficult! hopefully being able to talk about your frustrations openly and have people understand what you're going through will really help you feel a little more free :) welcome to spw!
