Umm yeah, I've just joined so thought I'd say hello, I have a very special friend here already and I recognize a couple others from another forum so it's not too scary.
I'm basically a 12 year old girl in a 32 year olds body lol, have very severe social anxiety, agoraphobia, bdd and depression. I'm on medication and see a psychiatrist, I'm also awaiting cbt. I spend my days in my flat, in bed if i'm very depressed or online in an attempt to distract myself
