Just joined, thought I should introduce myself. I'm from Wales, just finished at Uni and just started a new job - change, just what we like, eh?

I assume I should say why I'm here, diagnosed with APD, depression and PTSD. Try my best not to let them get to me, but I've got a feeling this site will be a good outlet for when it occasionally does, plus it will be good to compare the effects with others.

Anyway, I look forward to some interesting discussions.
