No real cure was mentioned.:sad:
They told me about "Beta blockers" but said that mine pose no threat("Outside of the toll they can take on you mentally" :oh:) and that I should just try and learn to live with them before trying medication.
And he said that I could have them for the rest of my life.
Or they could just disappear one day and never come back.
