Being a relatively cautious person can be the result of a childhood where one was ill very often. Does this apply to any of you, because it applies to me. I read an article where physically strong children and people, have a more realistic sense of what dangerous and what is not.
I was easily sick as a child. Before I didn't have a real reason to workout, but now I do. If I get strong...my social anxiety might change. I might assess danger more accurately because my body is strong.
Evolutionarily, it makes sense because the physically weak people would be more prone to be cautious.
