I won't be buying the CDs. I think people trying to make money out people's suffering should be ashamed. In my opinion the original post is advertising that doesn't belong on a forumlike this, at worst it is spam.

Hey Miss D , i agree with you , thanks for the post , i think Dr.Richards tapes are the best way to get better , i have tried so many things myself and still got nowhere , a decade of getting my hopes up only for them to be dashed as usual . I ordered the tapes a few months ago and they have helped me to make the most progress ive ever made . Take care , Robbie . :)

I will be interested to see if Miss D, stays to post and freely give advice on her successes in fighting Social anxiety. I still believe Miss D is trying to advertise this product with her posts rather than freely discuss social anxiety on these forums.

I have many options to treat my social anxiety, many of them free or inexpensive. Quite frankly I have better things to spend my money on.

I have not ever used Thread before so I'm very new at this but, your outlook feels quite neg. to me. Sorry, but thank you for your advise. By the way not everyone has the ability to creat great web sites. You are prob. gifted at it. I just want some kind of help

o.k. let me try this again. It takes me time to learn how to use this and I am so ADD, I skip words, don't know how to reply properly and now Im getting anxiety over this but I cant give up. My reply on I've never used Thread" was for EasySkanking.

He's a "Dr." right? I really don't think he needs income from desperate people with anxiety to "live on something". I work a minimum wage job, and I am doing quite well "living". I think he just wants the extra cash that he can possibly make from people who are willing to do anything to feel better.

You think that's cheap? My book which has pretty much all the CBT therapies/excercices that psychologists use was 21.99. Anyway, you sound more like his secretary than someone who has SA... but that's just my opinion. I won't argue with you however... so I'll just let it be

So, you just posted this thread to promote some scam? He's a doctor so i doubt he has to charge money for this "cure" to survive.
