Thanks to vipassana, Buddha's meditation....please find it, google it and find a center which teaches this meditation at a place near you . This is the way. I've improved so much in the last few weeks...i feel really truly happy.

Good to hear you've found something that works for you and are doing better. :)

I've read a little about Vipassana meditation, but I've never really done it (I don't think). I do meditate though and it has helped me a lot.

I'm so glad for you, meditation is a good solution for our problem, even I mix it with yoga, and that help to relax me :)

I'm not sure if meditation is the way to overcome all suffering, but I certainly felt the benefits of meditation. Just want to clarify that mindfulness is different from meditation because mindfulness is just a part of meditation. I suggest practicing meditation at least 3 times a week.
