Google has Sabotaged YouTube (problems with the new commenting system)

Has anyone been able to leave a comment on YouTube since they implemented their horrid new commenting system? I am unhappy with the way that Google has forced Google+ down our throats by requiring that we use Google+ to leave a comment on YouTube - but whenever I've tried to kowtow to their demands by following their instructions to leave a comment, things don't appear to work. It seems that Google has rolled out a system that has fatal technical glitches - the Google+/YouTube integration seems to be absurdly defective.

Why isn't Google bothering to fix these issues? For me, things aren't any better than they were a month ago as far as not being technically able to comment.

Why must Google sabotage things for us? This is what happens when a single company is allowed to become so dominant.

I've been able to comment just fine over for the last three weeks, whatever grievances I had with the system have since been fixed. I also think that people have blown the Google+ thing way out of proportion.

It's no different than your regular Google account being used for other Google services. You can have several profiles on Google+, which is why they asked for your intervention and didn't connect it automatically. So that if you already had Google+ your personal information wouldn't appear on YouTube, and if you hadn't an account you'd still have the ability to moderate what information you wanted to appear where.

What they do deserve scorn for is what has been happening to Let's Play channels in the past few days with the aimless copyright claims, making it so that videos straight up lose monetized status, affecting their livelihood. That's unacceptable when it considers film creators that make (game related) original content for a living.

I don't often read you tube comments. They so often descend into flame wars

Yeah - Google is pushing the Google Plus so they can compete against FB. Won't happen. I totally hate Google and I am a SEO specialist. That's telling you something right there.

I know what you're going through because I have also been personally affected by Google.

The CEO of Google sent me an email last year to ask me to let him borrow five thousand dollars. I am a kind person, so I sent him a check with the money. He said he would pay me back in one month.

It's been a year and he still hasn't payed me back or responded to my emails.

The CEO of Google ruined me.

Google COMPLETELY ruined my life.
