Good self help books?

Ay, Pretty much walked myself back into depression. I've been reading alot of self help books recently to try and get better. Just wondering if you guys have any suggestions or read a good one lately.

I suggest reading Dale Carnegie to anyone who hasn't. Not particularly about social anxiety or depression, but still helpful in social situations.
Also just finished "the monk who sold his ferrari". Had alot of interesting concepts in it. Pretty short read too.
Anyways, thanks

i like dr. david burns books.. i forget what his first big hit book was called, but i'm currently reading "when panic attacks" and it basically covers everything... really great informational books and he suggest many many techniques and strategies to help you overcome whatever maybe holding you back from happiness. i definitely suggest him!
