maybe it's good for some, but, well I think you know what I'm trying to say here lol
It has and it hasn't helped me. Hard to explain, but I've always considered it to be safer and "better for you" than alcohol. If only it didn't destroy almost all ambition to be successful in life, everyone would do it.

For some maybe; not for me. It makes me even more twitchy and paranoid than usual.
I certainly use alcohol to calm social jitters. But only on social occasions, and those these days are few and far between.
It's crazy cat woman survival, rather than existence enabler.
