Some of his frustration from his mutism probably causes some off the problmes but not all. I mean We can;t really tell you if you should or shoulden;t because we are not in that situation and see it first hand. I know that I went through the same kind of bullying but from my father, who we all suspected had bi-polar disorder. Sometimes I regret giving him chance after chance and then sometimes I was glad I did. There may also be a underlining problme besides his mutism for the reason he acts out like he dose. I wish I could give yo a defenitive answer or better help you out..
