Getting back into the swing of things!..

Ok so I haven't posted on here for a long time so I just thought I would share with everyone how I'm going lately..

I am at the point now where I can do normal things almost at ease without that horrible feeling of fear inside; I go to the shops with a friend now instead of on my own, I can go out to dinners with my bf and out to places :) shopping centers I go to all the time but I'm still working on mastering the "lots of people thing", I can sit with a group of people not in fear, but I need to work on speaking up!

Personally I think if you had a phobia you do learn some habitual behaviors that get engraved in you and are quite painful to remove like when you meet new people etc it's still in the back of your mind those symptoms that "used to be there" of shakiness and what if that happens so you don't really speak up or go quiet I MUST MASTER THIS and I am getting better :)

I am going to be working with my hypnotherapist on mastering avoidance behaviors, crowds and you could say general shyness which was caused by the phobia itself.

I'M LOOKING FORWARD TO LIVING A HAPPY AND FULFILLING LIFE PLEASE GOD I GET THERE!
