I shared a lot about myself in the first topic I posted but figured I would make an intro post here anyway.

I'm a 28 year old male from NE TX. I have been dealing with SAD since my early teens and have had on and off depression since the same time frame. I came across this website via google. Have never joined a site like this so I figured I would give it a shot.
