forcing myself to be around ppl

isnt helping me at all.. i thought that would make my SP go away.. but it isnt getting any better watsoever..lol and my dad wants me to join toastmasters.. he thinks i'm just not used to ppl thats why im not social.. and where i work all of the employees and boss r like ur so quiet.. why's that? how can they ask such a dumb question.. its not like im enjoying being so quiet! such ignorent ppl.. doesnt comments like this piss u off too?
