Even though you have SA, do you sometimes do something out of the ordinary, something that would usually scare you and just feel free?
For ex, I walk to get my little brother from school. Takes 5-10mins each way. I hate it. I just dont have a car right now. I assume everyone is judging me, wondering why i am not driving or shouldnt I be in school, damn she's ugly lol I think all this in those few mins. I look down and dont make eye contact with them.
Anyway, on our way back walking past the last 4-5 house close to our house, I randomly start waving my arms like I am dancing. And when we are across our house, we wait for the cars to go by and we run, as crazy as you can imagine, or we skip across the road.
Ok, it sounds cheesy but I feel free in those few moments. I wouldnt do that anywhere else. I wouldn't do it while walking alone (to the school)
Anyone else have moments like this?
