Maybe you could take a bit of time out each day to just like, meditate or relax or something. >_< I don't know if you do that already, but I find if I've had a sh.tty day if I just listen to music for a half hour or so, and relax I feel a bit better. Your situation might be different, I'm not sure, just suggesting something. ._.
