Dreams

Anyone have really vivid dreams? Last night I dreamt I was helping a horse through the mountains, doging crazy glue. Then later.... I dreamt about this guy. He was playing video games with friends. I came in and we held eachother and kissed a lot. He laughed about the micommunication or something. Then he told me to try to play the game too. All the sudden I woke up alone, but it felt real..How bout you?

My dreams are very real most of the time - as real as waking life

I've literally lived years at night in a dream, only to be surprised to find myself awake the next morning after the night i first went to bed

I've had intense love affairs in dreams, only to feel the very real pangs of heartache upon waking

I'm sure i'm not the only one....

I do sometimes have very vivid dreams, but I I'm not always sure where the day dreaming ends and the night dreaming begins. My day dreams are very really life like and elaborate, spanning over days. Night dreams surprise me, I usually forget within an hour unless I had some reason to remember it.

I live in my dreams.

Makes me wonder which state of mind is more significant. I've never gone years, definitely weeks though. I wish I could still lucid dream. I stopped having them a few years ago for some reason.

When I tried to go raw, (only lasted a week) I would have such vivid, and suuuuch long dreams that I didn't want to go to bed! (I don't like learning that everything has been fake!) It was quite crazy, but neat.

Not so much anymore though. Lucky you. A lot of people don't even remember their dreams, but carry the mood of it around the following day nonetheless.

Interesting... I wonder happened that made them stop? I used to want to lucid dream. Used to do those waking tests all day where you shut off lights, try and see if your hand goes through the wall, jump to see if you can fly. Never worked. But, I am a control freak and dreams I can never control. Like to keep it that way now.

You stayed up for a week?? Yeah, sometimes my dreams are scary too and it feels like your stuck. Unless you realize your dreaming, you can change it.

What I hate about dreams is that when they're happening it is your world. It is reality. When you wake up you have to convince yourself that it wasn't.

Once upon a time, Chuang Tzu dreamed that he was a butterfly, flying about enjoying itself. It did not know that it was Chuang Tzu. Suddenly he awoke, and veritably was Chuang Tzu again. He did not know whether it was Chuang Tzu dreaming that he was a butterfly, or whether it was the butterfly dreaming that it was Chuang Tzu. Between Chuang Tzu and the butterfly there must be some distinction. This is a case of what is called the transformation of things.

or perhaps we are all dreaming now...

is the reality of this world real?

what makes it so?

simply because we say it is?

everything we experience is a creation of our minds

dreaming, waking, it doesn't matter

the real reality is beyond what we perceive
