By the way I sometimes look very angry but generally I look kinda innocent or I think so and that makes me feel uncomfortable and kinda stupid ::(:

This is the type of shit im talking aboot. I have gotten such comments as well.

People comment on our affect even if we feel perfectly fine. In other words, people think we are sad or angry when we are not. Their comments however, usually induce a state of anxiety where none existed before.

I think this is a major part of SA.....we give people signals of being sad, angry, depressed, etc....and this in turn effects the way they interact with us. Which then makes us think about what they think aboot us.....

SA is starting to seem more and more crazy every day....lol

I think I know what your mom is talking about. Some people have a very heavy step when they walk. It's a bit hard to explain. It's like when you see happy people walking and you say they've "got a spring in their step" cause they kinda bounce on their toes. When people get angry, they tend to almost stomp when they walk, and they lean their upper bodies forward a little like a bull getting ready to charge.

My description sounds like an exaggeration of what I'm trying to explain.

sad. a girl even asked me "is that your default mode?". i think how my face naturally looks has to do with it.

My nuetral face is kinda sad. Many times i was happy in the inside and people keep saying "are you sad?" and when i feel slightly sad, people see me as if im about to cry

People used to ask me if I was sad when I was younger - '"What's wrong?"' or '"Are you alright"'. Now I just look pissed all the time (because I'm so damn self-conscious about my smile), and when I look in the mirror in public, I can see why people might not be so forthcoming in social interaction with me.

Oh well, that's life for now. :)
