Does a vent brush help grow out hair

Just wondering. I have like 6 or five vent brushes and I've used them more instead of round brushes/square brushes. and I was wondering if it helps you hair grow longer and thicker.

I'm not so sure about vent brushes but if you're trying to grow out your hair 'longer and thicker' scalp massages and stimulating your scalp daily is probably the best way to go.

As well as having a healthy diet.

I'm no expert... but my hair is super thick and grows very fast.
