Do you think the woman should be punished for her inappropriate remark?

The mother may have been spiteful, but it's impossible to legislate against such a thing. It would naturally offend me if I was one of the victim's family but I know that it wouldn't be practical to make certain forms of speech illegal.

A young man has been arrested for the murder of a 79yr old man. He's found guilty and is serving his sentence. He said he did just for the fun of it... the killers mother shouts an inappropriate remark to the victims family,... the rest of the killers family laughed along her most hideous shocking remark on top of it.

It really speaks volumes as to how the murderer got to that point of having so little respect for someone that he could kill them for 'fun'.
