It may depend on her personality, eg whether sh'e extroverted or introverted, as to how much she likes/dislikes the staring or attention. Some people "get off" on it, some people (eg myself) really dislike it.
People stare i think usually due to something being "different" in some way, good or bad (ie novelty).
But even if the person is a "good" novelty (ie especially attractive), they can still have a strong dislike for people staring at them.

Red hair (& maybe purple) is more striking than most other colors, especially if it's a bright tint. But i guess it does depend a bit on the skin tone, clothes, etc, as to how aesthetically pleasing it looks overall.

No, this isn't going to be a thread about me posting pictures of myself and asking if i'm attractive. 🤭 I've always felt inferior to the tanned, popular, blonde girls. I have fair skin and even if i do sit in the sun i only get sun burn. The only thing i sort of like about myself is that i'm tall, slim and have green/hazel eyes.

red heads are always attractive. if i see one that's natural, i always think that they're special, male or female.
green eyes are pretty always too

Yes they are, but i had a bad experience with one though 🙁 so yea *sigh*
