Do you have ''Courage'' to overcome SA?

Hello, so I've been thinking. I DO think I've got the courage to overcome SA.
Sometimes I'm afraid of social situations so much, so that I think I would never deal with this. But actually, I do think I got alot of courage.

I've always forced myself to go to social situations, Although I dropped out of school, still I was singing in a band for a time, . I was going to my therapist, and soon I'll be particupating Group therapy. although that's my fear, I'm totally going for it because I want to deal with this so bad!

So I think I do got courage, but still it's just my insecurity, my low self esteem, I think that's the main issue for my SA. I still am the insecure little girl sometimes, Because I've been stucked at home for about 3 years, School is my main fear, But I really want to get a nice job in the future, So i should drop back in, But it's so hard, but I just need to use my courage what's inside me, against my anxiety.
That's keep me on track. I hope I'll be able to do that...
But my courage is here :]

You do have courage.

So do I, I reckon. Although I wonder if the best I can do is manage the anxiety. I think shyness and anxiety is a part of me, and not necessarily a bad thing.
