Do you have bad memory loss?

I'm 43 now so I just chalk it up to aging. I've always had a freakish memory up until the last three years or so. It's still better than most, but it isn't "Holy mackerel, how do you remember that?" anymore.

I have always had a horrible memory. There are some experiences from my past that I can recall in great detail (both good and bad), but not many. I tend to forget things very quickly. I will walk out of a meeting, and someone will ask me what it was about, and I can't remember. I hate vague questions like, "How did yesterday go?" because I know the person asking is looking for something specific, but I don't remember yesterday well enough to even know what they are referencing.

I am also horrible with names, and have to refer to notes frequently when asked questions.
