do you get other cardio related problems due to anxiety?

I get chest pains which I have remembered getting ever since childhood, I also get weird cramp type pains in my arms, and constricting feelings in my limbs, odd blood pressure type feelings. doctors say its nothing to worry about and most likely connected to my anxiety as its stress induced.

A few months ago I had a stress-induced muscle spasm in my left shoulder after some heart palpitations (way overboard on the anxiety that day).
I went to the doc and she suggested massaging it and using store-bought cremes like Ben-Gay, which only worked for maybe an hour.

It gradually loosened up over a few weeks. But in the meantime, the tensed muscles were pressing on some nerves and the tips of two fingers were a little numb, the same fingers have joint pain, and my elbow has joint pain, along with reduced strength in that arm.
And, whenever I get anxious, the muscle cramp feeling comes creeping back in.

Not a lot of fun, and it seems like it may be a permanent recurrence :(.
You'd think there'd be a better way to treat this. Y'know, besides the doc telling you to 'relax' more.

I do get muscle cramps and hypertension, but for me my biggest issue is ive developed this terrible chest cough thats stress related. Everyone always thinks im sick when im really fine :p. My doctor gave me an inhaler for it and its helped some but, really, i think it will always be there. My father has it as well.

Back when I used to get panic attacks, I often felt like my heart was going to pop out of my chest and I'd have a lot of pain from muscle tension. I was prescribed Paxil for generalized anxiety disorder and it pretty much cured that part of it! It does take time for it to work, but it was quite effective.

Sort of. Originally my panic attacks and massive anxieties started because I thought there was something wrong with my heart. I was really unfit and i must have pulled a muscle in my chest quite badly when doing some weights, because I was getting out of breath very easily and my chest was hurting. So of course assumed I was about to drop dead.

That was about 5 years ago and my chest still isn;'t healed, I think it's all the time sat at a keyboard. And I still find it difficult to push myself when exercising, because as soon as my heart rate starts going pretty quickly I worry and have to stop.

I get pretty frequent PVC's(Premature ventricular contraction)
I've been to various doctors and had all the tests required when you have such a thing.
I'm told that my heart is structurally fine so the PVC's are benign.
No doctors have linked them directly to my anxiety.
But they have told me that stress can definitely be a cause.
And anxiety and depression certainly cause lots of stress for me.
So I'd say so.
Anxiety has cause cardio problems for me.

I mean...
I'm not over weight and I'm only 22.
I eat healthy and I exercise.
Heart is otherwise healthy

They have to be due to anxiety.

^yea the docs say i'm quite healthy and i'm an ok weight. so it can really only be the stress from anxiety.

I worry that I spend too long sat in one place, the other day I was sitting on a dining chair all day while reading stuff on my laptop, i'm sure sitting in the same spot in a chair thats only designed for short periods while eating isn't good for my circulation.

I sometimes get tight or painful feelings in my chest or arms. I'm 27 and in good shape, so I think they must be stress-related. I just take heartburn pills and that usually helps.
