Cruel comments on youtube

A tip- don't post videos on youtube because there's too many cruel people who enjoy bringing people down. I've been subject to some nasty comments as well as other people. There was one girl who posted a blog on her depression and you wouldn't believe how cruel people were; Comments such as ''Go and k#ll yourself!'', ''Ugly bitch!'', ''loser!''........And people don't understand why social phobia exists! Too many cruel people that's why!

I would gladly kill any fuckers who say shit like that. No idea of the hell we go through. But if it is just childish little kids then I dont really give a shit. But they shouldn't be on youtube. They should grow up first.

To be honest, it's youtube what do you expect? Don't give it a bad name, but just understand that anyone can say absolutely anything. Most of the time not even being serious. No matter where you look there's always some complaining. Music, mostly.

Don't be put down by it! It's probably the case that if you're getting offended by such a meaningless offence they'll come back for more out of sheer amusement. It's an easy thing to do, no matter what's being laughed at.

A tip: Don't post blogs..... (oh and one thing, what's the point? I don't get it. Why would people watch others simply talking about ...stuff....for no reason. Am I getting the right impression? It seems that way....)

Most of the people on youtube are either illiterate, 14 years old, or the ever popular combination of the two. Getting down about somebody on the internet doesn't serve much good, because they're just hiding behind a computer, which enables them the royalty of saying whatever comes to mind without getting their faces splattered inward. And besides, somebody who feels the need to insult to that degree is pretty insecure themselves. All you can do is laugh at somebody like that, be it 'real life' or perhaps youtube. They must have it worse than anybody on THIS forum, because so far everybody here seems pretty levelheaded and friendly.

Keep your head high, chin up, and forget about those guys. If they specifically feel a need to insult people who are depressed or dealing with phobias, they must have the worst kind of inner turmoil known to mankind. Just think about that.

But don't you dare feel sorry for them ;)

Could I see your Youtube profile? Maybe you should have the people from this site subscribe to your videos. I've been subscribing to people with social phobia for a while, I can actually relate to them. :D

Unfortunately the world is full of arses, and whilst people should sit on their arses so as not to continually speak out of them, many of them dont.

So what we have is a trend of arses running around shitting out their opinions all over the internet because they think it makes them look clever, funny or cool.

And to their fellow arses, yes it does make them look cool indeed.

Best bet: Ignore the arses and carry on doing your own little thing in your own little way as long as its not hurting anyone.

Yes people can be creul, because a lot of people dont care these days. That is just the way of the world, and you or the lassy with depression is not the one who is at fault.

On saying that not everyone is going to like your work, or are not going to get along with you. The trick is to find people who do appreciate your work/writing or who you are as a person (warts and all) and hang around with them. Find people who understand, and ignore the wallies of the world!

I like to play around with photography and i have had people who have run my pictures (and me to the point of stalking me around a website jus to take digs at me) down into the ground and yet there have been others who have loved my photographs/cross stitching. Its a matter of taste. But if someone feels the need to be rude when giving a critique of a piece of work, i just ignore them. It is possible to critique a piece of work and not be rude or insulting in the process.

I dont mind criticism what i do mind are insults intended to put someone down or be rude towards them. Some people have no manners.

Lets hope the arses come down with a nasty bout of constipation, it would make a welcome break from their seemingly constant case of diarhea.

The thing is, you'll never disable comments because since you posted the video, you'll want to see if someone says anything good about it because oh boy, that feels nice.

I bet a lot of the negative YouTube comments come from jackasses with zero talent. I've learned that sometimes people get jealous and will say anything to drag you down.

Ive often wondered if jealousy is a motivating factor in some of the spite people on the internet like to spew at others.

I dont really understand what kind of thrill people get from being nasty to someone else.

Personally, being intentionally spiteful just makes me feel bad.

It's actually simple, they feel fun while doing it. You just have to accept that people are different, also in bad ways. Having SP also makes us different, and again not in a good way although I've accepted it a long time ago. It comes down to we all are different from each other.

Remember that this is the internet - nasty comments are not like someone saying it to your face, who you should have any respect for.

Writing a nasty comment takes absolutely zero effort or thought. They just do it because they can... I would say that it's a 'laugh' for them for five minutes, but it's not even that.

Of course after being here I know that if something's easy for one person, it doesn't mean it's easy for everybody. But keep in mind that just by reading them and giving them a moment's thought, you've spent more energy on them than the people who wrote it. You have no reason at all to take any notice of them.

And if it's a longer, properly written comment... well, you know that they are uninformed and small minded. That's their problem.

That's true. I have had a few nice comments but i've come to the point that i am afraid of checking the comments in case there are nasty ones.

Yeah that's probably true. I don't mind comments which give positive advice but i had one saying that i should not bother playing guitar because i was shit. Some people would laugh that off but comments like that cut into me like a knife, regardless on how trivial the comment seems.

That happens to me too but only when I do posts with some significance. Otherwise I just want to check if anyone said anything nice.
