Thanked. For those of you that aren't following the guidelines, I would try to do it for 6 months and tell us about the results.

I watched it, would like to give it a try as it sounds logical and of potential help, but not sure I picked up what the actual guidelines are?

Does this cover it?

  • Stop saying I am depressed/anxious ect and instead say I am feeling depressed/anxious ect and I wonder why that is...
    (In order to become more of an observer to thoughts and feelings rather than owning them and keeping the loop going)
  • Eat a plant based diet with lots of fresh fruits and vegetables
  • Change the posture when depressive/anxious feeling arise, correct the posture to a straightened one, stand tall and project the voice
  • Take regular exercise
  • Introduce prayer and meditation
  • Have sufficient rest
 
This is a really good book on Brain Plasticity.
