cant meet my sisters boyfriend help

my sa is getting so bad I im to scared to make a fool of my self...
so I have locked up in my room the boyfriend of my sister is coming
over here for months and I never have see him... how sad.

help me , this is getting to big... I cant even go out my room to the toilet because maybe I can see him... and what must I say ? this is so patatheic why dony I just kill my self why why ::

Not crazy at all. And that is not sad or pathetic. I've been tehre a lot of times.

I do such things whenever someone I don't know (like my sister's friends) come home. I've done it a lot of times, I just hide in my room until everyone goes away.

Now I try to relax, I know they are just people, harmless, it's okay. I try to go there, say hello, and keep going.

I don't really know what I did, but I hope you can get better of it and you can talk normally with your sister's boyfriend and even make a new friend, who knows! Good luck.

I think I know how you feel it kind of reminds me of the first time I had to meet my best friends fiancee I had no idea what to tell him although your situation is quite more tougher since you have to live with him...Maybe an exposure therapy approach would be helpful in your situation? Try forcing yourself once and just a quick hello and how are you and then maybe you could gradually increase the possibilities of going out of your room and running into him.

Look on the bright side, you are allowed to stay in your room. My parents screamed me out of my room.
