Being completely ignored in stores

I think these store employees do it on purpose. They're all over me and I hate it, but the few times I actually DO need help, they will stay away.

I wish I got completely left alone in stores for the most part. Sales associates who are ultra pushy annoy me like crazy. I don't mind being asked for help or if there's anything I need, but I don't want to feel like I'm being stalked. I guess I'm one of the ones here who also prefers to be ignored in stores.

Auto tellers are a miracle to me. I'm thinking of buying groceries on line. If someone is too friendly in a store, or reacts to my anxiety I don't go back.
