^ Started taking it at the beginning of 2012. They gave me the smallest dose, then adjusted it to a normal dose.
And caffeine helps me as well, but I can't have as much as I had a few years ago. I developed some stomach problems. Doctor said it was most likely stress related, because they found nothing wrong.
